Banquets and Rental Information

 

Thank you for your interest in Oneota Golf and Country Club.  We would like to make your day memorable and hassle free.  Oneota’s Clubhouse facilities shall be available for private parties on any day except Ladies’ or Men’s Days.  All private parties must be sponsored by an Oneota member.  That member must be present and will be responsible for the event.  Members giving such parties shall be entitles to invite nonmembers residing in or outside Winneshiek County.  The host (or hosts) shall coordinate with the manager or assistant manager of available dates and times.  A letter of request must then be submitted to the Board of Directors with half of the deposit included (the other half is due upon approval).  This is a non-refundable deposit.  Without this, there is no guarantee the date you request will be held for you.  The Board of Directors shall decide, by majority vote, the approval of the request.  A letter will follow the decision, to either confirm or deny the request.

Rental fees are as follows:

The above costs include moving furniture, white linens, including skirted head table, cake table, punch or appetizer table and gift table, and setting the dining room.  The do not include any decorating or clean up of the decorations.

At all private parties, food beverage (expect wedding cakes) shall be furnished and served by employees of the club at fees to be established by the manager.  There will be an additional fee for cake cutting.  All food and beverages are subject to sales tax and an 18% service charge (gratuity).  All state laws will be enforced pertaining to the drinking age and IDs will be required.  Managers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Payment of final bill is due within 7 days of receipt.
